Happy Sukkot!
Put up the sukkah the other night with the girls. Not the same as the redwood frame sukkah from NoCal but building a Sukkah in Jerusalem does have its advantages.
1. The city cuts the schach for you.
2. You can buy the 4 species (etrog and lulav) on almost every corner.
3. Jerusalem is alive with the sound of people shaking their lulav.
Next week, take some time to enjoy the outdoors. Eat some fall fruits. Enjoy good bread dipped in olive oil. Have a glass of wine or grape juice. Give thanks…
